What you’ll do
You will support the Branch Manager with the daily operations of the branch. Learning all processes, you will be confident in coaching your team and managing the branch in the manager's absence to ensure targets are met. Organization is key in this role— with a hands-on approach, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the branch, including supporting CAD designs, warehouse deliveries, and providing excellent customer service.
The role involves working directly with customers and creating personalized experiences. You will also build relationships with local tradesmen to increase profits and maximize sales.
Is this you?
You have experience managing a team or possess a strong customer service background and a desire to advance your career. We support your development and encourage you to make the role your own. Industry experience is not required; we value passion and a willingness to learn. A Full UK Drivers Licence is essential, as travel is required.
