Telesales Executive - Full-Time - £27,000 to £29,000 + OTE
Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and a knack for building rapport over the phone? A fast-growing organisation in the testing and compliance sector is looking for a driven Telesales Executive to join their expanding team and help shape a brand-new department focused on appointment generation and lead sourcing.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something exciting from the ground up, with clear progression routes and a highly achievable OTE of £35,000.
What You'll Be Doing:
Generating qualified leads and appointments for the Business Development Manager
Engaging with B2B clients across various sectors
Using CRM tools to manage and track outreach
Playing a key role in the growth of a new business functionWorking Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 08:00-16:00
Friday: 08:00-13:00What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in telesales (essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
