Quest Search & Selection is recruiting a People Manager who will be working closely with key stakeholders and report directly to the People Director.
This role will support the Warehouse, Distribution, and Logistics teams, offering expertise across generalist HR functions including Employee Relations & Organisational Development. You'll play a key role in both reactive and long-term strategic HR initiatives.
The business is an omnichannel business renowned for collaborating with some of the UK and internationally recognised home, outdoor, and fashion brands, both branded and private label.
Key Responsibilities of this People Manager position -
1. Develop and implement a tailored People Plan for the key business area, ensuring actions align with and support the company’s overall strategies.
2. Focus on organisational design, ensuring roles and structures are aligned with business needs.
3. Working with Trade Unions when needed & creating a collaborative approach with 3rd parties
4. Drive talent attraction, retention, and development to support succession planning.
5. Partner with managers to proactively address employee relations issues.
6. Collaborate with various People teams to support transformational change initiatives.
