Quality & Operations Manager - Training Academy
Up to 50k + Company Car Hybrid with Travel to Derbyshire & Epsom
Our client, a leader in learning and development, is seeking an experienced Quality & Operations Manager to join their client's Training Academy a forward-thinking hub that blends face to face and mobile learning to prepare clients for future industry challenges.
This role sits within a globally recognised organisation, where you'll be responsible for measuring the impact and effectiveness of training programmes, ensuring commercial performance, and supporting transformation across their network teams.
Please note: This role is based in Epsom, with three days per week expected on-site. In addition, you'll travel to the Derbyshire office every other week, typically for one to two days. A full, clean driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse training and business data to drive improvements.
* Optimise systems (e.g. SABA), automation, and dashboard reporting.
* Oversee course scheduling and trainer utilisation.
* Act as the go to for day to day team queries and lead regular meetings.
* Manage special projects and cross-site collaboration.
* Maintain training quality, review curricula, and implement improvements.
* Use delegate feedback to refine delivery and enhance outcomes.
* Represent the Academy at stakeholder meetings and external events.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong background in training with a commercial focus
* Proven people management skills
* Confident analysing large data sets
* Strong communicator with the ability to manage senior stakeholders
* Organised, agile, and continuous improvement-driven
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
