A nurturing and inclusive primary school in Birmingham is looking for a dedicated Inclusion Worker to join their team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who can build strong relationships, manage behaviour calmly, and provide tailored emotional and social support to pupils with additional needs. You'll work closely with a small group of pupils across the school, helping them regulate emotions, access learning, and feel secure and understood in the classroom environment.
