Registered Home Manager – Nursing Home
Location: Kidderminster
Salary: Up to £90,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonus
Contract: Full-time | Permanent
We’re recruiting for an experienced and motivated Registered Home Manager to lead a well-established, medium-sized nursing home in Kidderminster. The home offers nursing, residential, dementia, and respite care and is known for its high standards and warm, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of home management, ensuring clinical and operational excellence

Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
*
Inspire and manage a high-performing care team
*
Monitor care planning and delivery, ensuring residents’ individual needs are met
*
Manage budgets and staffing effectively
*
Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and the local community
Requirements:
*
Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing or residential care home
*
Clinical background preferred (nursing qualification is advantageous)
*
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
Deep understanding of CQC standards and commitment to high-quality care
