ABOUT THE ROLE

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an E-commerce Studio Assistant Intern to join our team on a full-time basis for 3 months. This role will be based in our Merton Office, South Wimbledon.

The Studio Assistant Intern will assist in a variety of areas within the E-commerce photo studio/production process. The internship will involve working with creative teams on a wide range of daily duties and seasonal projects, offering a unique learning opportunity and insight for personal development.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to gain valuable knowledge in the fashion and retail sector, photo studio production, design and delivery. This position is available for someone who is truly interested in fashion and E-commerce and learning to be a part of a creative team.

KEY REPSONSIBILITIES

1. Support day-to-day studio organisation, project workflows and assistant duties.
2. Assist with stock control for inbound and outbound fashion collections.
3. Ability to assist team members with managing asset libraries and coordination of imagery.
4. Contribute with key activities across photography, retouch, and copy production teams.
5. Maintain efficient preparation and coordination for the creative studio operations.
6. Take on additional daily tasks set by supervisors and management teams.
7. Follow instructions and completion of work within the targeted deadlines.
8. Any other ad hoc tasks required.

PROFILE & KEY SKILLS

9. Computer literate (including Adobe Office packages and Outlook emailing system).
10. Have good organisational and communication skills.
11. Must be able to adapt to daily changes and be self-motivated.
12. Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential.
