We are looking for a motivated and forward-thinking pharmacy professional to help shape the future of placement-based learning, ensuring our students are equipped with the skills, experience and confidence required for modern pharmacy practice.
Responsibilities
* Design and deliver high‑quality experiential learning across the MPharm programme, working with academic and professional teams to create engaging, meaningful, and future‑focused placement experiences.
* Drive innovation in the placement provision, including the growth of multi‑professional learning and simulation‑enhanced placements, ensuring approaches reflect the evolving needs of the pharmacy workforce.
* Help shape a sustainable and high‑quality placement infrastructure for growing student cohorts, identifying and developing new opportunities and strengthening partnerships with providers.
* Contribute to quality assurance, governance and continuous improvement processes related to placement delivery.
* Support students directly, helping to prepare them for practice, fostering their development, and contributing to an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications
* Current registration with the GPhC.
* Experience and/or qualifications in Pharmacy Practice.
* Passion for pharmacy education, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to innovation.
