Role Responsibilities
As a Care & Support Assistant, you will help individuals gain independence, confidence, and reach their goals. Your duties include supporting personal care, nutrition, hydration, socialisation, and activities; completing documentation; reporting concerns; and liaising with health professionals. You will participate in activities and provide manual handling, personal care, and medication support, ensuring safety and dignity at all times.

Candidate Requirements
No prior experience is necessary as full training and certifications are provided. A genuine desire to care and make a difference is essential. The role includes a 2.5-week induction and a 2-4 week Buddy scheme. It is subject to an enhanced DBS check, and West Northamptonshire Council is committed to safeguarding.
