Baller League is redefining sports entertainment with a weekly 6.5-hour live stream that blends six live 30-minute football matches with a premium behind-the-scenes reality-doc series. We’re creating the New Era of live football - and we’re hiring a world-class Executive Producer to deliver it.
The Role
We’re looking for a visionary EP to oversee the full creative, editorial and operational output of the Baller League broadcast. You’ll combine live sport with reality TV storytelling to deliver a high-energy, character-driven experience that keeps viewers hooked from kickoff to the final whistle.
You will:
* Shape the narrative vision and tone of the show across all live and pre-shot elements.
* Lead multi-camera live match coverage and ensure seamless integration with behind-the-scenes story packages.
* Build and manage hero contributor arcs (players, coaches, influencers, staff).
* Drive real-time storytelling during matches, interviews, and off-pitch moments.
* Oversee field teams, story producers, and rapid-turnaround editors.
* Act as senior point of contact for league stakeholders, streamers, talent, and partners.
* Deliver an engaging weekly broadcast that feels as addictive as global reality formats and as premium as today’s top sports-doc franchises.
Must have:
* 5+ years in unscripted production with senior credits in live sports, reality TV, observational documentary, or premium sports docu-series.
* A proven ability to develop compelling character arcs and emotionally engaging storylines across digital-first platforms, on-demand streaming services, and premium broadcast networks.
* Experience managing large multi-unit productions under pressure.
* Strong editorial instincts and confidence leading both live and post teams.
* Exceptional stakeholder and talent-handling skills.
