As a NHS Contracts and Systems Officer you will be working 37.5 hours a week, using specialist knowledge, and understanding of contracts, conducting initial reviews of all contracts received, highlighting areas of exception for consideration and further review. You will also Support the Registered Managers and site quality leads to review and meet compliance with commissioned contracts.

This is a remote role with expectation to travel to Head Office in Borehamwood and our Recruitment Hub in Luton, as and when needed.
Your responsibilities will include:
Using knowledge and understanding of contracts, to conduct an initial review of all contracts received, highlighting areas of exception for consideration and further review by Team members, ahead of authorisation and signature. Full training will be provided.
Manage our online Contract Repository – SpotDraft.
Communicating professionally and effectively; manage the flow of communication between the Contracts Department and external Contracting Teams, such as NHS England, Provider Collaboratives and ICB’s.
Support the Registered Managers and site quality leads to review and meet compliance with commissioned contracts.
Co-ordinate the monthly and quarterly Quality Reporting submissions to support in achieving our contractual obligations.
Develop systems in response to areas / deficits noted, discuss, agree corrective actions, recommendations with key link personnel in each Service where required.
Maintain clear and complete records for managing external contracting/commissioning systems, e.g., NHS Wales CCAPS, SPROCnet/ADAM.
Become the Elysium-nominated service delegate for the NHS CCAPS system, supporting all services’ accounts and access to this system.
Provide cover for other members of the team in their absence.
