The Role
As an IT Support / Cloud Support / Infrastructure Support Engineer, you will work within a fast-paced, enterprise-level environment, supporting users while developing the skills required to progress into more advanced technical roles.
You will be involved in:
* Service Desk incident management and escalation
* Working closely with 3rd Line Cloud Technical Support Engineers
* Following and contributing to structured processes and procedures
* Producing clear, accurate technical documentation
