What's the role?
As a Marketing Analyst, you will champion marketing data and analytical insight across CAVU's global brand and client network.
You'll ensure a data-led approach sits at the heart of our marketing activity — driving commercial performance, deepening our understanding of our diverse customer bases, and turning insight into actionable recommendations that inform and enhance overall marketing strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining and enhancing the reporting suite for the customer marketing team using best-in-class visualisation tools
* Acting as the go-to expert for ad-hoc marketing data queries, creating clear processes to manage and prioritise requests
* Delivering informed, detailed and well-presented insight to influence overall marketing strategy
* Presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making
* Working closely with e-commerce and marketing teams to identify optimisation opportunities across digital marketing campaigns
* Building a holistic view of marketing mix performance by combining insights from across the business
* Supporting CRM campaign analysis, segmentation and performance improvement initiatives
* Driving commercial performance against stretched targets while adhering to key KPIs
About You:
You're analytical, commercially aware and comfortable working with large datasets to uncover insight that drives performance.
You'll bring:
* Hands-on experience in a Data Analyst or Marketing Analyst role
* Strong experience with data visualisation tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau or Power BI
* Advanced Excel skills
* Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery, Databricks, Snowflake or similar platforms)
* Experience automating reports and dashboards to improve efficiency
* An analytical mindset with the ability to connect insights across multiple marketing channels
* Exposure to CRM and customer marketing environments
* Experience working with ESPs such as Salesforce or Iterable
* Working knowledge of Google Analytics
* Understanding of segmentation and campaign performance analysis
* CLTV and retention modelling experience (desirable but not essential)
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
You'll also be:
* Highly organised and able to multitask effectively
* Commercially focused, with evidence of delivering against KPIs
* A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
* Curious about the digital marketing landscape and motivated to continually improve how we use data
