Estimator – Groundworks, Demolition & Structures Location: Luton Salary: £70,000 – £100,000 (CIS or PAYE) Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Subcontractor Estimator with a strong background in groundworks, basements, RC frames, demolition, cut and carve, temporary works, and steel frames. This is a hands-on estimating role working solely within the subcontractor sector—candidates with main contractor experience will not be considered. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate, competitive cost estimates for a variety of civil engineering and structural projects, ensuring all bids reflect commercial and technical requirements.
