As the Regional Face to Face Fundraising Manager, you will manage our regional F2F Fundraisers working on canal and waterway towpaths, attractions, museums, events, open days, and private sites, ensuring adherence to our Values & Behaviours and performance standards.
You will oversee regional tactical planning, systems, and operational procedures for the face-to-face fundraising team.
Your role includes delivering recruitment, contactless donations, newsletter acquisition, and promoting the Trust’s brand locally. You will support event delivery and work with the National F2F Fundraising Manager to foster a high-performance culture aligned with our values.
Location & Coverage
This hybrid role involves mainly remote work (around 60%) and regular travel to various sites within the region. Your main hub will be one of Leeds, Burnley, Ellesmere Port, Bradford, or Anderton. Travel arrangements will be discussed at interview.
Working hours are 37 hours, Wednesday to Sunday.

Key Accountabilities
* Devise and implement growth strategies supporting fundraising targets and income growth.
* Plan and deploy the fundraising team effectively, including site planning, scheduling, and risk assessments.
* Manage all programme processes: recruitment, performance, logistics, admin, and projects.
* Line manage team leaders and performance coaches, with scope for team expansion.
* Be visible in the field, promoting a culture of ethical and compliant fundraising.
* Achieve income targets and KPIs, addressing issues proactively.
* Provide weekly performance data to support reporting and improvement.
* Ensure GDPR compliance in data management.
* Identify training needs and coach team members accordingly.
* Maintain high standards of integrity, compliance, and alignment with our values.
* Supervise audits and gather insights for coaching and development.
* Develop and review locations and propositions to support supporter engagement and fundraising.
* Oversee health and safety protocols and risk assessments.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
* Level 3 business qualification or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience managing financial targets and KPIs.
* Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
* Extensive face-to-face fundraising experience.
* Management, supervision, and coaching experience.
* Experience working with volunteers and communities.
* Understanding of fundraising codes of practice.
* Experience in the third sector is desirable.

* Valid driver’s license is essential.
