ABOUT THE ROLE Award winning, Daylesford Organic, one of the most famous farm estates and organic producers in the UK, with luxury caf s and farm shops in London and the Cotswolds are looking for an engaging Caf Team Leader to join our team. You'll ideally have worked in a restaurant or caf setting before and come with a bright, warm, and welcoming mentality. Our luxury cafes feature seasonal farm to fork dishes in a relaxed and warm setting, and as a Caf Team Leader you will be an ambassador for the Daylesford brand and offer an engaged service to our cliental. HOURS: Full Time - Flexibility to work weekends is required Location: Daylesford Farm, Cotswolds, GL56 0YG YOUR ROLE Straight shifts, allowing you a great work-life balance Daylesford is open 7 days a week, so flexibility to cover a variety of shifts including weekends is essential and opening and closing shifts Management training and progression opportunities beyond caf team leader Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment as a caf team leader would be highly advantageous, but not a necessity as full training will be given People with a passion for delivering extraordinary customer service Come with a bright, warm, and welcoming mentality First-class communication skills Promote the Farm in the restaurant Drive Retail knowledge in restaurant Responsible for crockery and cutlery stock check Drive and organise menu changing tasting Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.
