The Role: As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech & language difficulties, and learning disabilities. Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored support and interventions. Provide 1:1 support or assist small groups with learning, communication, and emotional regulation.
