Room Leader - Baby Room – Up to £35,000 The baby room supports children through their earliest stages of development, with a focus on secure attachments and high quality care. As Room Leader, you will oversee the daily running of the baby room, guide your team’s practice, and ensure care plans and learning activities are delivered to a high standard. This is a hands-on leadership role within a nursery rated Outstanding by Ofsted. Before You Apply • This role requires a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification. • You must have recent experience working in a baby room and leading a team. • This position is not suitable for candidates without room leadership experience.
