Role Overview
Are you passionate about delivering excellent recruitment experiences and supporting workforce transformation? Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Resourcing Officer to join our People Services team. This role supports the delivery of efficient, timely, and compliant recruitment processes aligned with DHCW's values and strategic workforce plans. You'll work closely with hiring managers, People & OD colleagues, and external partners to ensure a smooth recruitment journey for candidates and managers alike.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide advice and guidance to recruiting managers.
* Support vacancy creation and onboarding.
* Produce high‑quality recruitment documentation.
* Monitor KPIs and contribute to audits.
* Suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
* Liaise with NWSSP and other stakeholders.
* Advise on employment legislation.
* Support visa and right‑to‑work queries.
* Help promote DHCW as an employer of choice through outreach and engagement with educational institutions.
Language Requirements
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
