We are currently recruiting for a mobility specialist dedicated to bringing the best user experience to their customers through innovation, service and technology. They are currently seeking experienced Sales Executives to work on the new business team. This role will involve being given warm leads for customers who have enquired about their products. Your role will be to speak to them and advise and sell the best product for their needs. Responsibilities: Contacting new customers to explain the advantages of buying their companys products and identify the best product for their needs. Communicating with customers before and after a sale You will identify customers needs and up sell optional extras to maximise sales opportunities. Hitting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the companys products or services to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers Develop and maintain positive customer relationships with existing customers. To keep customers informed regarding the progress of their orders, liaising with suppliers when necessary. To maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including the use of activities to ensure full and up to date information is stored.
