About Our Client

The Role
We are seeking a Dual Registered Manager to lead two specialist residential services – a solo placement and a 2-bed home – for children and young people aged 8–17. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will:
Key Responsibilities
* Act as Registered Manager for both homes, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations
* Oversee day-to-day operations across two sites
* Lead, motivate, and develop staff teams to deliver outstanding care
* Promote a trauma-informed approach to care and support
* Manage budgets, staffing rotas, and performance plans
* Drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes for young people

What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential childcare
* At least 1 year in a managerial or deputy managerial role
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)
* Strong knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations and safeguarding legislation
* Proven ability to lead and inspire teams
* Full UK driving licence
