Buyer
6-Month Contract
Gloucestershire (Hybrid)
Up To £30ph (Inside IR35)
I am working on behalf of an Aerospace client who are looking for a Buyer for a 6-month assignment, with the possibility of extension.
Experience in aviation procurement is desirable but not mandatory (other Engineer/Manufacturing experience will be considered). You will play a crucial role in managing suppliers, negotiating credit terms, and utilising IT literacy, including ERP systems like NetSuite and internal procurement portals. Proficiency in virtual card solutions, such as Spendesk, is a plus. This position may require 3-5 days onsite, but remote work can be considered if necessary.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in IT literacy, including ERP systems (NetSuite), internal procurement portals, and virtual card solutions (Spendesk)
- Strong negotiation skills with suppliers for accounts and credit terms
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in aviation procurement
