We're seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven E-commerce Marketplace Growth Manager to optimise and expand our presence on Amazon, eBay, and B&Q. If you have a proven track record of increasing sales and enhancing marketplace performance, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Optimise product listings on Amazon, eBay, and B&Q to maximise visibility and sales
2. Continuously monitor competitor activity and adapt strategies to stay ahead
3. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand into international marketplaces
4. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare products for Prime status
5. Analyse sales data and customer feedback to inform listing optimisation decisions
6. Manage a large portfolio of product listings with a keen eye for detail
7. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on marketplace performance
Ideal Candidate:
8. 6+ years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management
9. Track record of successfully launching products on international marketplaces
10. Experience with FBA and Prime listings on Amazon
11. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to changes
12. Passionate about e-commerce and staying up-to-date with industry trends
Not Suitable For:
13. Those with less than 4 years of e-commerce marketplace experience
14. Candidates who lack attention to detail and cannot manage a high volume of listings
15. Individuals who are not comfortable with data analysis and making data-driven decisions

16. 4+ years of hands-on experience optimising and managing e-commerce marketplace listings
17. Proven success in increasing sales and driving marketplace growth
18. In-depth knowledge of Amazon, eBay, and B&Q best practices and requirements
19. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
20. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of listings
21. Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
