Role: Junior Account Manager
Salary: £30,000 + OTE (£10,000)
Our client is a national commercial law firm dedicated to supporting entrepreneurial businesses from their earliest stages right through to exit. They take pride in offering a warm, modern and approachable alternative to traditional legal services, helping organisations feel supported at every step.
Since launching in 2014, the organisation has continued to grow at around 40% year on year. This financial year, over 150 people will support more than 4,000 businesses, with turnover expected to exceed £14m. With further expansion planned over the next two years, they are welcoming six early-career hires into their growing commercial team.
The Role
As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll play a valued role in supporting and nurturing relationships with a wide range of clients. Rather than focusing solely on new business, you’ll spend much of your time looking after existing clients, ensuring they feel heard, informed and appreciated throughout their journey with the firm.
This is a wonderfully varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys building trust, staying organised and becoming a reliable point of contact for clients. You’ll have the chance to contribute ideas, learn from experienced colleagues and develop your skills in a supportive, friendly environment.
You’ll be involved in:
* Building warm, professional relationships with clients across different industries
* Understanding client needs and connecting them with the right legal or commercial services
* Managing ongoing communication and checking in regularly to ensure clients are happy and supported
* Helping prepare client updates, proposals and follow-up materials
* Working closely with the wider commercial team to support renewals, referrals and future opportunities
* Contributing ideas to improve how the team communicates and delivers support
Training & Progression
Your development starts with a structured Academy Programme designed to help you build confidence and develop the foundations of strong account management. You’ll also benefit from:
* Regular mentoring from experienced account managers and commercial professionals
* Supportive coaching tailored to your strengths and ambitions
* Clear progression opportunities as the commercial function grows including future paths into Senior Account Management or Client Success roles
The Package
* 25 days’ annual leave (increasing with length of service)
* Private healthcare and dental cover
* Wellbeing and mental health support
* A wide range of incentives and rewards
* Discounts on gym memberships, retail and entertainment
* Regular company-wide events, celebrations and friendly team socials
* Opportunities to build long-term client relationships and take ownership of your own portfolio over time
Who Thrives Here
Experience isn’t essential what matters most is your approach. You’ll feel at home here if you:
* Enjoy speaking with people and building authentic connections
* Are organised, structured and comfortable managing several client tasks at once
* Take pride in being reliable, thoughtful and attentive to detail
* Are excited about growing a long-term career in account management
