They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join their fast-paced kitchen, responsible for preparing and serving hot starters and main courses. Are you the right person for the job? Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen Experience with banqueting and function catering is highly desirable Own transport and a valid UK driving licence are essential due to our rural location You must have the right to work in the UK Strong knowledge of food hygiene and allergen regulations Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene Ability to think on your feet and work well under pressure Excellent teamwork and communication skills What will your role look like?
