to join our dynamic Rail team in
Salford

Salford - office-based with some remote working Hours:
42 hours per week Compensation
Salary:
£60,000 - £70,000 + £6.7k annual car allowance + private healthcare + additional benefits Your Responsibilities
As our Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in maximizing service quality and profitability while ensuring compliance with company procedures and Group Standards. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Delivering profitability at the expected levels for your projects, minimizing work in progress (WIP). Taking the lead on cost controls, managing and supporting site teams as needed. Guiding commercial teams to secure maximum sustainable value from contracts and settling subcontracts fairly. Preparing monthly regional cost value (CV) and forecast reports. What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you have: A
BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
. Experience with
NEC contracts
, particularly Target Cost. A background in
multidisciplinary Rail projects
