Day to day tasks include:
Accounts Payable and Receivable:Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely mannerReconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepanciesPrepare and issue invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding paymentsMaintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable transactions Bank Reconciliation:Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial dataInvestigate and resolve any discrepancies between bank records and company accountsGeneral Ledger Maintenance:Assist in maintaining the general ledger by posting journal entries and reconciling accountsEnsure all financial transactions are properly recorded and classifiedFinancial Reporting:Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsProvide support during audits by preparing audit schedules and providing requested documentationAd Hoc Tasks:Provide general administrative support to the finance teamAssist with special projects and initiatives as assigned
