Role Details Location: Haringey Start Date: May 2026 Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a phase (EYFS, KS1, or KS2), ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across the team
Support, coach, and develop teachers to improve classroom practice and outcomes
Monitor pupil progress and attainment, implementing strategies to close gaps
Contribute to curriculum planning, development, and assessment across the phase
Work closely with senior leadership to drive school improvement priorities
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-achieving learning environment
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have proven experience as an effective classroom practitioner
Have experience leading a subject, year group, or phase (or be ready to step into leadership)
Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Be passionate about raising attainment and supporting staff development
Be committed to inclusion and ensuring all pupils achieve their full potential
