As the Corporate Account Manager, you will manage commercial relationships and portfolios across new and existing corporate clients. Key responsibilities for the Corporate Account Manager:
1. Develop and maintain a portfolio of corporate clients, building long-term relationships
2. Proactively identify new business development and revenue opportunities
3. Cross sell including Energy Management Solutions, Net Zero Products & Compliance
4. Lead and negotiate procurement tenders to maximise revenue and deliver client outcomes
5. Oversee and coordinate projects to ensure timely delivery of all service commitments and objectives
6. Attend and contribute to regular client strategy meetings to support, and shape client goals
7. Maintain accurate customer information to ensure compliance and seamless service
Skills and experience required for the Corporate Account Manager:
8. Strong understanding of the energy industry, products and flexible energy procurement
9. Successful track record of client portfolio management/retention and growth
10. Proven ability to build strong relationships, internal and external.
11. Skilled in influencing and negotiation, building consensus and securing positive outcomes
12. Customer focused, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support
13. Strong commercial acumen, able to balance client needs with business objectives
