About the role
You`ll receive an effective grounding in a charitable housing association through a two-year intensive programme. It is designed to give you a broad and diverse experience of how Hightown works and how you can contribute to the delivery of our vision and values.
From day one, you`ll enjoy an incredibly varied learning experience by working with experts across many disciplines on a number of different placements including housing, homeownership, asset management, project management and customer service. You`ll experience Hightown hands-on and you`ll be given the responsibility to take ownership of real projects which will make a difference.

Hybrid working
All candidates must be able to commute to our Head Office in Hemel Hempstead.
We also operate a hybrid working arrangement where employees can work from home up to two days per week after training and subject to the needs of the business.
