Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience and administrative skills, with a proven ability to manage various tasks efficiently. This role requires excellent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Sage Line 50. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations within the office environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
* Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly
* Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
* Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
* Handle clerical tasks such as typing documents and managing office supplies
* Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives
Requirements
* Previous office experience is essential
* Strong administrative experience with a focus on organisational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with Sage Line 50 is advantageous
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
* Experience in data entry and clerical duties
