They use a rigorous selection process for all their apprentices, ensuring high-quality learners who go on to work with some of the top engineering firms in the country.In this position, you'll be responsible for supporting the tutors with their practical and workshop sessions, you will also do some teaching and training with the apprentices around one or two days of teaching a week and working in the workshop as support the rest of the time.The ideal candidate would be a Level 3 qualified electrician who has experience working with apprentices in an industrial setting, who is looking to move off the tools and into a training role.
