Clinical Negligence Senior Associate
Perhaps the leading Defendant Clinical Negligence offering and most reputable Legal 500 recognised law firm in Liverpool is currently expanding its NHSLA team. The firm is seeking a passionate, confident and ambitious Senior Associate who has the drive and determination to succeed and provide the highest level of service to their national clientele.
The firm’s Defendant Clinical Negligence department is one of the largest in the country. It has been growing year-on-year in line with business needs and the department now has over 100 lawyers and national coverage.
Your new role will see you sitting within the Defendant Clinical Negligence department as Senior Associate Solicitor. From the outset, you will be given full responsibility for your own caseload of defendant clinical negligence claims on behalf of the NHSLA and local hospital trusts, etc.
The firm deals with high-quality clinical negligence claims and you'll be an integral part of the team assisting with the mentoring and active supervision of the junior team members. You will also work alongside the Head of Department and the senior Partners on more complex and multi-million-pound clinical negligence claims as and when needed.

You will be a qualified Solicitor with an excellent background in handling Clinical Negligence claims. Defendant experience is preferred; however, applications from claimant specialists are also actively encouraged.
