Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Financial Administrator to support Financial Advisors in our Brighouse office. The successful candidate will be responsible for general office duties, managing client records, liaising with clients and providers and providing administrative support to advisers.
Responsibilities
* Perform general office administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, booking in client appointments, responding to emails and managing correspondence.
* Maintain and update client records, office records and files.
* Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Scanning of client files.
* Preparing letters to send to clients and providers.
* Report writing.
* New business preparation and submissions.
* Preparing review packs and reports.
Skills
* Proven experience as an office administrator ideally having previous experience within a Financial Advisory firm.
* Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Proficient in using excel and word.
* Experience in using Intelligent Office, Defaqto Engage and Genovo would be advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Hours can be negotiated, however the ideal candidate would be able to work a minimum of 25 hours.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
