A regional healthcare provider is looking for an Enhanced Care Support Worker to become part of their Enhanced Care Team. This role involves delivering 1:1 enhanced therapeutic care and personal support to improve patients' wellbeing during their hospital stay. The post holder will work closely with Registered Nurses and Ward Managers across both Shrewsbury and Telford hospital sites.
