Key Responsibilities:
Leading and delivering end-to-end Building Surveying services across commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors and more.
Building strong, trusted relationships with clients, delivering quality service from start to finish.
Applying your expertise in contracts (JCT, NEC) to ensure smooth project delivery.
Conducting defect analysis, detailed surveys, and crafting expert reports/specs.
Providing technical due diligence, dilapidations advice, and acting as Contract Administrator.
Delivering work through established frameworks, with opportunities to shape project strategy.
Mentoring and supporting junior team members, contributing to their growth and success.Requirements:
RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying.
Chartered (MRICS) or actively working towards it.
Solid background in pre- and post-contract surveying.
Proficient in AutoCAD and NBS; bonus points for Revit and BIM Level 2 knowledge.
Strong with IT tools (Excel, Word) and keen attention to detail.
