Salary: Up to £21.00 - £23.00 per hour DOE

Monday to Thursday: 07:00 - 16:45
Permanent 4 day week

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CMM Programmer to join a growing quality team within a modern aerospace manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining CMM inspection processes, ensuring all components meet strict aerospace quality standards and customer specifications.
Responsibilities include
Programming CMM machines using PC-DMIS software
Creating and editing inspection programs for complex aerospace components
Conducting first-off, in-process, and final inspection activities
Interpreting complex engineering drawings and GD&T specifications
Supporting root cause investigations and non-conformance activities
Ensuring compliance with aerospace quality standards and procedures
Working closely with production and quality teams to resolve inspection issues
Maintaining accurate inspection documentation and reports
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department
About You
Strong PC-DMIS programming experience
Experience working within aerospace or other highly regulated industries
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
Experience using a range of metrology and inspection equipment
Strong understanding of quality standards and inspection processes
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
