Overview
To provide support to nursing staff to ensure the clinical area is effectively cleaned and that the ward is productive in respect to stocks and stores management.
We are currently recruiting for a Band 2 Housekeeper on McKissock Ward 21 bedded ward in St Georges NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for a candidate that demonstrates excellent communication skills, computer skills and interested to learn housekeeping and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
* To have responsibility for the Health Safety and Welfare of self and others and to always comply with the requirements of Health and Safety Regulations.
* To always ensure confidentiality, only releasing confidential information obtained during the course of employment to those acting in an official capacity in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act and its amendments.
* To always work as part of the health care team.
