HRIS & Payroll Manager - LONDON - Premium Retail - 12 month FTC (potential to extend)


This is a fantastic newly created role where you'll take ownership of payroll, HR systems, and operational excellence within a premium retail environment.


You will;


* Own end-to-end payroll delivery and governance
* Manage third-party payroll providers and ensure compliance (UK tax, NI, pensions)
* Lead HRIS optimisation and maintain high data integrity (Dayforce desirable)
* Oversee HR operations across the employee lifecycle
* Manage benefits administration and vendor coordination
* Ensure compliance with UK employment law and GDPR
* & more
