This role involves providing a professional plastering service that ensures excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities
* Adhere to health and safety regulations and organisational policies and procedures.
* Carry out all aspects of plastering works in customers’ homes and empty properties.
* Undertake supplementary-skilled tasks.
* Deliver excellent customer service by understanding and tailoring to customer needs.
* Leave customers’ homes clean and safe.
* Report potential repairs and safeguarding issues noticed in customers’ homes.
Additional Tasks
Occasionally, you may be asked to undertake tasks such as:
* Remove, refit, and renew skirting, architraves, kitchen units, and worktops.
* Remove and refit wash hand basins, WC pans, and cisterns.
* Undertake all DPC works.
* Undertake tanking.
* Rendering external walls.
* Remove and refit rainwater and soil pipes.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in plastering work and related multitasking activities in customers’ homes.
* Sound building and construction knowledge.
* Good general building maintenance repair knowledge.
* City and Guilds Parts I, II or NVQ Level 2 in Plastering.
* A basic DBS check and valid driving licence are essential due to the role’s nature.
