Join our client's team at a Franchised Car Dealership based in Eltham, South East London, where your expertise will be valued and rewarded!
1. Position: Vehicle Technician
2. Location: Eltham, South East London
3. Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 Basic + £10,000 OTE
4. Hours: 8am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday, 30-minute lunch break, no weekends
A Franchised Car Dealership in Eltham due to continued success, are currently seeking a dedicated Vehicle Technician to join their professional workshop team and contribute to dealership workshop team, with plenty of manufacturer training for brand accreditation.
Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician with our client:
5. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship
6. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
7. Conduct vehicle inspections and identify any safety or maintenance concerns
8. Complete service and repair tasks efficiently and within specified timeframes
9. Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used
10. Uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service at all times
11. Preferably an MOT Tester but not essential
Requirements:
12. Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role
13. Qualified to Level 2 NVQ or City & Guilds in light vehicle mechanics
14. Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills
15. Preferably possess an MOT license, but not essential (training can be provided)
16. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
17. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
18. Valid UK driver's license
