We’re looking for a visionary leader to spearhead operational excellence across our international supply chain, in the role of International iOpex Leader. This is a high-impact role where you’ll set the strategic direction, lead transformative initiatives, and deliver sustainable business results at scale. This role reports into the Associate Vice President, Operational Excellence & Lean Six Sigma who is in the US but is based in Folkestone, Kent, working in a hybrid format with up to 4 days per week on site. Travel is required 1 – 2 times per month within this role. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute operational excellence strategies aligned with global objectives. Drive gross margin improvement programs and deliver annual profit gains. Optimise working capital and cash flow efficiency across international operations. Champion digital transformation initiatives, including automation and analytics. Lead change management and build a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver results. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). 10 years in supply chain operations, manufacturing, or operational excellence roles. Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives in a CPG or similar environment. Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and Project Management methodologies. Strong financial acumen and experience with ERP systems and digital tools (SAP, Power BI, automation technologies). What do you need to bring? This role works Monday – Friday, 37-hours per week.
