Our client, a leading specialist in highquality joinery solutions, is seeking a passionate, detaildriven Sales & Project Specialist to join their dynamic and growing Division. If you excel in supplier management, technical project coordination, and delivering exceptional client experiences, this role offers an exciting career move.
You'll manage the endtoend sales, technical specification, and order process for bespoke joinery projects - making you the crucial link between clients, suppliers, and production.
What you'll do
Client Relationship & Sales Management
1. Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing incoming enquiries and prepare briefs.
2. Produce, follow up, and convert quotations into confirmed orders.
3. Identify and nurture new business opportunities within the sector.
Technical Specification & Order Accuracy
4. Validate designs, dimensions, specifications, and firerating requirements (FD30).
5. Confirm finishing details and finalise ironmongery and certification needs.
Quotation & Supplier Management
6. Request, compare, and evaluate supplier quotations for accuracy and competitiveness.
7. Apply correct charges for tooling, samples, transport, and clientprovided components.
Factory & Production Coordination
8. Act as the bridge between client and factory to ensure production drawings match confirmed specifications.
9. Work closely with Production and Quality teams to maintain weekly progress updates.
Quality Control & Compliance
What they need from you
10. Minimum 3 years' experience within sales in interiors a similar field.
11. Confident interpreting technical drawings and site surveys.
12. Commercially aware with proven margin and cost management experience.
