You will report into our Technical Lead and work closely with the whole Service Desk team to efficiently maintain and manage the IT systems of our clients, ensuring that any issues are accurately logged and effectively resolved within the scope of our SLAs. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Serve as the first point of contact for 3rdline escalations within theorganisation Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues Stay up to date by researching and evaluating emerging technologies, hardware, and software Maintain and update technical documentation regularly and accurately Attend meetings on time, portraying a positive and professional image Accurately log and record completed tasks via the ticketing system Proactively and within the established SLAs respond to client queries via Ticket, Phone, Email Plan, implement and manage Modern workplace services, such as Teams, OneDrive, SharePointetc Deliver assigned projects in line with the goals set by the project lead, and to the expectation of our clients Maintainaccuratehardware and software inventory records Identifyproblem patterns and implement fixes that ensure permanent resolution Ensure that Penelope policies are followed - e.g., Timesheets, ticketing system, documentation, Health & Safety, internal communication etc. Support junior colleagues and provide training as and whenrequired Design and develop IT systems and services which ensure security and privacy Liaise with vendor's as and whenrequired Essential requirements 5 years relevant experience Excellent problem solving skills with a proactive attitude Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills Excellent organisational & time management skills - multitasking is a must Excellent attention to detail AD and Azure AD management Microsoft Windows Server OS management, and support.
