A Managed Services company based in the heart of Birmingham is on the hunt for a part-time Social Media Executive to join their team, working three days per week on the company's social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, TikTok, Youtube and more.
Location: Birmingham (one day a week on-site)
Salary: Up to £22,000 (part-time)
Requirements -
* At least two years of experience in a Social focused role
* Experience working across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
* Organic Social Experience, although paid, is also welcomed
* Previous experience within an IT setting will be looked upon favourably
* Eager to learn and grow within the company
* Excellent writing and communication skills
* Experience using media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn
Responsibilities -
* Increasing company awareness and customer engagement through creative and disruptive social campaigns using consumer-leading content
* Developing exciting and industry-relevant paid and organic social media content
* Analysing social media campaigns to improve and alter ongoing and future strategies
* Implementing a social commerce strategy to drive online sales through social media platforms
* Developing detailed monthly reports on emerging social media trends
* Responding to customer queries through online platforms
* Monitoring competitor social activity and highlighting business opportunities
* Capable of working and liaising across teams within the company in order to develop and support marketing strategies
* Liaise with multiple stakeholders, creatives, and other departments
