Fabulous opportunity for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join a private investment office in London, providing reception and admin support to a team of approximately 40.
Based in a beautiful period building in the Sloane Square/Knightsbridge area, responsible for the general smooth running of the reception area and office support. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner.
* Fully office-based (office based Monday to Friday)

Reception/Administrator tasks will include:
* Answering calls, transferring / taking messages.
* Answering the front door using video entry system; meeting and greeting guests and dealing with deliveries.
* Sorting and distributing incoming mail and newspapers.
* Managing outgoing mail, franking and organising couriers and deliveries.
* Relief admin support including ad hoc typing for senior staff.
* Management of office equipment (photocopiers, franking machine) and liaising with IT dept to ensure adequate stocks of toners and equipment.
* First line invoice approval for office equipment and stationery.
* Ordering stationery and other office supplies
* Administration of the company’s external archives (recalling boxes, issuing destruct notices)
* Reporting any maintenance or telecoms issues to the building department.
* Ensuring kitchen supplies are well stocked.
