We are going through an exciting phase of growth leading us to search for a core member of the creative team who can strengthen our offering to current and future projects.Role Overview and PurposeWe are looking for a highly organised and proactive Brand Experience & Activation Manager to support the development and delivery of engaging retail activation campaigns within the travel retail environment.This role sits at the centre of campaign delivery, partnering closely with the Creative Solutions Director and wider team to turn ideas into high-quality, real-world experiences. You will balance creative thinking with strong operational and project management skills, ensuring activations are delivered seamlessly across multiple is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys making things happen—bringing concepts to life through excellent coordination, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering standout brand experiences.Brand Activation & Campaign DevelopmentDevelop and execute innovative brand activation campaigns tailored to travel retail * domestic retail environments.Create engaging concepts that capture passenger attention and enhance the overall customer journey.Align campaigns with key seasonal moments and commercial opportunities ( summer travel, major sporting events, new flight launches).KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCampaign Development & SupportSupport the ideation and development of engaging retail activation conceptsTranslate campaign ideas into clear, actionable plansWrite and manage creative briefs for internal design teamsAlign activations with key commercial and seasonal opportunitiesCampaign Delivery & Project ManagementCoordinate end-to-end delivery of retail activation campaignsManage timelines, schedules, and internal workflowsEnsure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standardSupport multi-site rollouts across travel retail environmentsExperiential & Activation ExecutionSupport the planning and delivery of live activations, including sampling, pop-ups, and in-store experiencesSource and coordinate experiential elements such as performers, artists, and brand ambassadorsAssist with staffing coordination and on-site execution where requiredSupplier & Production CoordinationLiaise with production suppliers and external partnersSupport the delivery of production briefs and ensure accurate executionCoordinate materials, logistics, and installation requirementsClient & Stakeholder SupportSupport day-to-day communication with clients and retail partnersHelp ensure campaigns meet client expectations and objectivesCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deliveryFinancial & Administrative SupportAssist with budget tracking and cost managementSupport supplier onboarding and system setup ( talent, vendors)Reporting & EvaluationSupport the creation of post-campaign reports and performance summariesAssist in gathering insights and data to measure campaign successKey Skills and Experience2–4 years’ experience in brand activation, experiential marketing, or retail marketingStrong organisational and project management skillsExperience supporting multi-site campaigns or live activationsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and stakeholder coordination skillsCommercial awareness and attention to detailDesirable ExperienceExperience within travel retail or airport environmentsExposure to live events, staffing, or experiential activationsFamiliarity with production processes and supplier managementPersonal AttributesProactive and hands-onHighly organised and detail-orientedCollaborative team playerCalm under pressureSolutions-focused mindset
