If you’re looking for a place where your ideas are not just welcomed but celebrated, you’ve found your home!**Role Purpose:**To enhance the RMD/RD’s effectiveness by providing personalised administrative assistance and ensuring seamless coordination of tasks across the Leadership Team.**What You’ll Be Doing:*** Provide day-to-day P.A. support to the Director and their Senior Team.* Timely and accurate diary management including arranging travel, accommodation and scheduling meetings as required.* Carry out administration duties such as management of inbox, filtering and prioritisation of mail, expenses and business mileage as required.* Co-ordinate and assist in the control of departmental activities, e.g. collating information for departmental reports and creation of materials for meetings.* Manage all event and meeting coordination in line with the teams requirements including customer entertainment events.* Act as go-to resource for the team, using deep knowledge of the business to signpost and direct colleagues to relevant information, processes and contacts.* Support the senior team with regards to new starters i.e. ordering IT equipment, corporate work wear, mobile phones etc.* Record and track all corporate hospitality for the team and manage all departmental invoices and their payments as necessary, to support audit processes.* Complete absence recording for the designated team.* Manage regular reports as relevant to the department – ICON, Safety, Headcount etc.* Role model STARK Values and Code of Conduct. **What We’re Looking For**:* Significant experience working as a PA at a Senior Director level.* Exceptional organisation skills and ability to manage simultaneous priorities.
