Responsibilities
* Preparing estimates, tenders, and contract documents
* Monitoring project costs and budgets
* Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors
* Conducting site visits and valuations
* Providing accurate financial reports and forecasts
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in quantity surveying (construction or fire protection preferred)
* Strong analytical and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of building contracts and regulations
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
