Overview
Planning & Logistics - Supply Chain and Procurement 2026, European Graduate Programme at Diageo. This programme is a three-year rotational graduate programme within Diageo's Planning & Logistics function.
What to expect
Year 1: Immersion into Logistics Operations with possible rotations such as Primary Logistics Manager, Project Manager, Market Service Owner, and Shipping Analyst.
Year 2: Transition to Planning Function focusing on inventory management, production planning, and data-driven decision-making using Diageo's planning systems. Possible rotations include Market Planner, Business Planner, or Category Supply Planner.
Year 3: Project Leadership & Innovation with projects in capacity planning, budget forecasting, resource coordination, and exploration of supply chain innovations such as automation and AI in logistics, including cross-functional initiatives like Digital Transformation or Logistics Automation.

Locations: Scotland (Leven, Shieldhall) or Ireland (St James Gate, Dublin). Year 1 rotations include Leven, Shieldhall, St James Gate.

We welcome graduates in Business-related subjects, Supply Chain Management, Logistics & Transportation, Operations Management or Digital Transformation. Expected to graduate in 2026 or within the last 2 years. Proficiency in English required. Mobility and willingness to relocate within Europe during the programme.

Eligibility and rewards
